Summary

Join Xentral's Marketing team and help expand and activate our partner network. As a (Senior) Partner Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our partner marketing strategy, collaborating closely with partners and internal teams. Your mission will be to build a strong and sustainable partner ecosystem, establishing Xentral as a leading ERP solution provider. You will have the opportunity to shape various areas and significantly influence strategic decisions within our growing marketing team. The role reports directly to the Head of Marketing. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in partner or channel marketing
  • Experience in collaborating with sales partners, resellers, or technology partners to expand market reach
  • A good understanding of demand generation, content marketing, and lead nurturing strategies
  • Hands-on mentality with a strategic mindset and willingness to take on operational tasks
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with internal and external stakeholders
  • Analytical thinking and experience with marketing analytics tools for performance measurement

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a holistic partner marketing strategy to acquire, retain, and activate sales partners
  • Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns in close collaboration with partners to increase lead generation
  • Develop marketing materials, enablement content, and training programs to support our partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners through regular communication and joint success measurement
  • Manage and optimize joint events, webinars, and other activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Demand Generation, Content, Design, and Sales to optimally utilize synergies
  • Analyze success and report on partner marketing activities based on relevant KPIs and continuously optimize the strategy
