Summary

Join Woo, a leading commerce platform, as a Partner Marketing Manager and bridge the gap between technology partners, business development, marketing, and the rest of Woo. You will own and manage partner promotion to WooCommerce users across various channels. Collaborate with top-tier partners to build relationships, define mutual growth goals, and execute co-marketing initiatives. This role requires extensive experience in digital and channel marketing, particularly within SaaS, fintech, or commerce. You will need strong analytical skills, negotiation abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects effectively. Requirements

  • Have extensive experience in digital and channel marketing to small and medium businesses, preferably in SaaS, fintech or commerce
  • Have experience working directly with channel partners or clients to execute and craft the strategy and messaging behind multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
  • Have a results-oriented, analytical approach to marketing
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics (email marketing, display advertising, paid search, and content marketing)
  • Are an excellent negotiator
  • Are a highly proficient multitasker, energized by both strategy and execution
  • Are a relationship-builder, with the ability to inspire teams across different functions
  • Love bringing order to chaos

  • You must be based in NORAM / NAMER region

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and manage partner marketing programs and campaigns that align with Wooโ€™s overall objectives, ensuring that all requirements and deadlines are met
  • Liaise with partners to cultivate strong relationships and a spirit of collaboration
  • Set the right strategy and goals in consultation with partners
  • Project management, coordinating with our channel specialists
  • Track and measure the impact of marketing initiatives and return on investment, providing data-driven reports to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with our business development team to negotiate contractual marketing obligations and MDFs with our partners, demonstrating the value that we bring to the table
  • Proactively seek out opportunities for reciprocal marketing from our partners
  • Keep an eye on the bigger picture to ensure campaigns are rooted in customer empathy and success, and aligned with Automatticโ€™s holistic interests

Preferred Qualifications

Bonus to having hands-on experience with WordPress, Woo or another CMS or commerce platform
