Responsibilities
- Design and deliver dynamic training programs for the sales team, focusing on product expertise, industry trends, and SaaS-specific sales strategies
- Partner with subject matter experts to develop engaging, high-impact training materials
- Develop compelling sales collateral, presentations, and resources that showcase Paystoneโs unique value propositions
- Ensure the sales team has access to up-to-date, relevant content at every stage of the sales cycle
- Analyze and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and incorporate best practices for SaaS sales
- Work cross-functionally to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategic solutions
- Conduct call reviews, provide coaching, and deliver training aligned with the sales process
- Evaluate, implement, and manage sales enablement technologies to boost team productivity and effectiveness
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance the sales tech stack
- Strengthen alignment between sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a unified approach to driving revenue
