Summary

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in partner management or channel sales
  • Must have previous experience in HCM or Learning tech
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and developing strategic partnerships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Willingness to travel within the NA region as required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic partner plan for the NA region that aligns with the company’s business objectives and sales targets
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach and enhance business growth
  • Manage and deepen relationships with existing partners to ensure they are engaged and achieving their sales targets
  • Work closely with partners to develop joint go-to-market strategies, co-branded marketing initiatives, and sales campaigns
  • Provide ongoing training and support to partners, ensuring they are well-equipped to sell and promote Docebo’s products effectively
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment across all partner activities and direct sales initiatives
  • Monitor partner performance, providing guidance and support to enhance their sales activities and meet regional sales goals
  • Conduct regular reviews and report on the progress of partner activities, including pipeline management and revenue achievement
  • Represent Docebo at partner events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate new business opportunities
  • Stay informed of market trends and competitor activities within the region to adjust strategies as necessary
