Summary

Join our team at Apartment List as a Partner Success Manager to drive strategic initiatives forward and deliver meaningful data insights to our partners. This role will collaborate with various teams to ensure that the information and resources delivered reflect the voice of our partners.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in account management, data analytics or customer success roles
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable creating decks and client facing materials
  • Insatiably curious, self-motivated, and results driven
  • A team player and get excited about learning from and encouraging those around you
  • Data-driven and have experience analyzing data sets to derive insights. Skilled in Excel and GSuite; foundational SQL skills a plus
  • Not afraid to get scrappy in a small startup environment and use your creative problem solving skills to deliver results
  • A proven track record in a client-facing role, whether that is customer success, account management, sales or consulting

Responsibilities

  • Stay updated on industry trends and communicate insights to stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • Support the sales team in generating actionable findings and creating reports that drive account growth and retention
  • Analyze client and product data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and monitor strategies to drive product adoption and boost revenue growth
  • Create customized presentations, learning materials, and deliverables to help educate our partners on our product and its impact on their performance
  • Identify client challenges and pain points and partner with cross-functional team members (Sales, Product, Analytics, etc) to provide solutions and resources
