Summary

Join Planful as a Partner Success Manager and play a pivotal role in driving the success of our partner ecosystem. You will lead and shape our partner recruiting engine, develop enablement and onboarding strategy, and contribute to a high growth environment.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in customer or partner-facing roles such as onboarding, enablement, or customer success
  • A passion for delivering exceptional partner experiences and a deep understanding of how to drive product adoption and long-term value
  • Proven track record of exceeding performance metrics and driving measurable success in partner or customer-facing roles
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with experience setting and achieving customer success or enablement goals
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and maintain a results-driven approach under pressure
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across teams and partners
  • Experience building out enablement programs in high-growth tech companies
  • Passionate about new technologies and their transformative impact on business operations
  • Experience with learning management systems (Skilljar and Workramp preferred but not required)
  • Experience in FP&A or selling into the office of the CFO is highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Architect and manage a dynamic onboarding framework and enablement platform for all Planful partners
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners throughout their journey, from recruiting through, onboarding through ongoing enablement
  • Lead partner recruitment function and manage/mentor one Channel Business Development Representative
  • Experience building and managing partner programs (partner tiering, badging programs and overall success programs)
  • Drive partner recruitment efforts, identifying and onboarding new partners to expand Planful’s global partner network
  • Develop recruitment strategies in collaboration with the sales and channel teams
  • Engage prospective partners, clearly articulating the value of Planful’s platform and how it can enhance their service offerings
  • Nurture relationships with new partners, guiding them through the onboarding process to ensure long-term success and alignment with Planful’s vision
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal enablement, training, and product teams
  • Lead partner implementations, bootcamps, and continuous training initiatives
  • Partner closely with channel managers to drive growth strategies
