Partner Success Manager

Summary

The job is for a Partner Success Manager at Imagine Pediatrics, a multi-disciplinary pediatrician-led medical group that provides virtual-first care services. The role involves implementing new health plan partnerships, leading internal launch workstreams, developing implementation Playbooks, and maintaining excellent client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years in a related field, such as value-based provider operations, health plan strategic partnerships, or management consulting
• Demonstrates excellent project management skills
• History managing expectations across multiple stakeholders
• Excels in executive communication to drive key decisions across multiple stakeholders
• Experience in a healthcare environment, including health plans, medical groups, providers, clinics, or healthcare delivery organizations

Responsibilities

• Direct internal and external stakeholders around deliverables and deadlines for launch with health plan partners
• Drive specified workstreams across internal functions, including clinical teams, patient engagement, operations, IT, and analytics teams
• Directly interface with health plan leaders responsible for implementing capabilities, building rapport and maintaining excellent client satisfaction
• In close collaboration with Partner Success leadership, track, manage, and resolve risks that arise throughout the lifecycle of our health plan partnerships
• Maintain project and partnership infrastructure, including project plans, decision logs, and meeting structures
• Support development and maintenance of implementation playbooks

Preferred Qualifications

• Willingness to travel to markets up to 20% of the time
• Experience working with a pediatric population strongly preferred, virtual care experience a plus
