Summary

As a Partner Success Manager, you will empower our partner network by driving sales, optimizing operations, and ensuring customer success. This role involves building strong relationships, conducting data analysis, and collaborating across teams. While this US-remote position is open to candidates in specific states, preference is given to those near our operational areas. You will be responsible for partner onboarding, training, relationship management, and reporting. A bachelor's degree and relevant experience are required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in partner-related account management
  • 2+ years of experience in report creation and data analysis; strong proficiency in Excel, BI tools, and SFDC report creation
  • Demonstrated commitment to financial inclusion, social justice, and/or expanding access to clean energy

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain Partner onboarding/training by providing content for production and supporting sales team members in training execution
  • Work cross-functionally across the organization to support Channel functions and improve internal processes to reduce latency
  • Support Channel Partner relationships as policy/procedure experts to troubleshoot urgent issues within the project’s pipeline to progress the project toward activation
  • Establish and maintain effective Channel Partner deliverables including shared SLAs, quarterly business reviews, and resource management
  • Create and evolve Partner reports/dashboards to locate gaps in the process, including cycle times, volume tracking, proper milestone submissions, and healthy cash flow
  • Support Product team with system rollouts, UAT, and strategy for enhanced systems to improve the partner experience
  • Work closely with sales counterparts to create measurable partner OKRs for both installation forecast accuracy and YoY growth

Preferred Qualifications

  • B2B sales/operations experience
  • 2+ years of experience in residential solar
  • Solar finance experience

Base Salary $80,000 β€” $90,000 USD
