Join our team as a Partner Team Manager and lead a team of field-based Senior Account Managers in the Midlands and/or South of England. You will provide strategic guidance, coaching, and motivation to exceed expectations. This field-based remote role requires proven leadership experience in managing field-based sales teams within the accounting and bookkeeping space. Success in this position hinges on your ability to foster a high-performing culture, develop talent, and achieve subscription and revenue growth goals. You will be responsible for team leadership, setting sales standards, pipeline management, strategic planning, performance management, relationship management, data analysis, and recruitment and talent development. This role demands strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with a passion for coaching and developing talent.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in managing field-based sales teams
- Strong understanding of the accounting & bookkeeping space
- Experience in using CRM and sales tools
- Experience in all aspects of people management including the ongoing performance management, professional skills development, coaching and career progression of the team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire teams
- A passion for coaching and developing talent

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of field-based Senior Account Managers, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management
- Set the standard for excellence by ensuring adherence to the single sales process, NEAT methodology, and CRM discipline
- Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure it provides an accurate view of current opportunities and progress
- Collaborate with the Head of Partner Sales to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives
- Set clear performance expectations, track key metrics, and provide regular feedback and coaching
- Build strong relationships with key Partners and ensure a high level of Partner satisfaction
- Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Identify, recruit, and develop top talent to strengthen the team
