Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in partnership management, marketing, or a related role
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated track record of driving successful initiatives
• Experience in managing partnerships and collaborations, with a focus on building and maintaining positive relationships
• Strong presentation skills and people management skills

Responsibilities

• Identify partnership opportunities to increase brand visibility and engagement
• Manage existing partnerships, including renewing offers, updating creative assets, and ensuring partner satisfaction
• Identify and execute new collaborations to expand brand reach and visibility
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to ensure alignment and maximize impact
• Monitor and analyze the performance of partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
• Deliver a revenue target through strategic sponsorship collaborations
