Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in ad sales, media sales, media planning, buying, or a related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Asana, and Slack
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
• A passion for the media space, especially digital and newsletter sponsorships

Responsibilities

• Support the team by sourcing, pitching, and closing deals with advertisers
• Manage client relationships by understanding their needs and aligning them with our platform’s offerings
• Assist clients in optimizing their sponsorship opportunities on our platform to achieve their marketing goals
• Develop and maintain relationships with media agencies, creative agencies, and direct clients
• Assist in creating and implementing prospecting and outbound strategies to grow our advertiser base
• Track and manage sales activities using HubSpot and other relevant tools, ensuring accurate records and follow-up
• Prepare reports and presentations to update internal stakeholders on campaign performance and client feedback
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities
• Represent Paved at industry events, entertaining clients, and serving as a brand ambassador
