Partnership Manager

Summary

Join Payoneer's global community as Partnership Manager, APAC Sub Region to enable and grow the Payoneer partnership ecosystem in South East Asia. The role will report into the Head of Partnerships & Enterprise Sales, APAC.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: revenue quota carrying direct sales experience and/or indirect channels partnerships management, business development, in the Payments, Financial, Technology, eCommerce, or other strongly relevant verticals
• Experience working across global virtual teams across functions and geographies
• Fluent in English + one South East Asian native language, with outstanding communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort in creating and delivering Presentations at the Mid-Senior level internally, to Customers & Partner Organizations
• Demonstrated experience with CRM, BI, technology platforms and solutions with a reasonable level of technical proficiency

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver Acquisition & Growth of Referral & Channel Partnerships to meet & exceed defined Revenue & Acquisition Targets within managed region of South East Asia
• Continuously hunt, onboarding, and ramp new and existing partners to scalable referral of new customers
• Own, build, and manage partner opportunity pipeline through hunting, deep data analysis, from deal creation through to deal closure, to account management and growth
• Drive Partner Performance Management through periodic business performance measurement, analysis of large sets of data against KPIs, SLAs, and strategic data points
• Plan & deliver measurable & impactful customer acquisition activities & events with cross-functional teams, represent Payoneer to drive awareness & new user acquisition and engagement through campaigns, events, and other co-marketing initiatives
