Join Midi Health as a Partnership Marketing Manager (Contract) and play a pivotal role in elevating our brand through strategic partnerships. You will manage partnerships driving brand growth, customer acquisition, and revenue. This role blends strategic thinking, relationship-building, execution, and data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities include strategic planning and execution of partnership programs, cross-functional collaboration, partner management, performance measurement, reporting, and identifying new partnership opportunities. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, a proactive communicator, a strong collaborator, and strategically driven. This is a fully remote contract position offering up to $72/hr for up to a 40-hour work week. Please note that this is a contract role and no benefits are offered.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the strategic planning, GTM execution, and performance of partnership programs and marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, clinical and finance, to execute impactful partnership programs and drive results
- Ensure brand alignment in all partner-related GTM materials including content and messaging, ensuring consistency in voice, tone, and positioning across co-branded efforts
- Measure the performance of partnership campaigns to evaluate, optimize and deliver results
- Create comprehensive reports and deliver insights into campaign effectiveness of partnership related initiatives to build future programs
- Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities to expand brand reach and drive growth
