Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, tourism, hospitality or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in B2B marketing with a focus on partnerships
- Strong understanding of partner dynamics and experience working with a diverse partner ecosystem
- Knowledge of API Connectivity processes
- General knowledge of SaaS connectivity processes (preferable)
- Worked on Task Management systems such as Asana, Notion or similar
- Experience working on Digital marketing tools incl. Zoom or similar
- Exceptional written and spoken English skills
- Positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects
- Comfortable working in a remote work environment
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing comprehensive partner marketing strategies and plans aligned with business objectives
- Organizing partner webinars incl. partner acquisition and implementation
- Collaborating with Event Marketing Manager to facilitate partner events
- Creating relevant content in collaboration with Content Marketing Manager to strategically position partners
- Collaborating with Product Development and Product Marketing on partnership development
- Tracking the performance of partner marketing initiatives, measuring ROI, and optimizing strategies for maximum impact
- Keeping commercial overview and lead negotiations of specific partner contracts
Preferred Qualifications
- Hospitality background and network is a plus
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is preferred
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot) is a plus
