Summary
Join AMBOSS as a Partnerships Manager, Europe, and play a key role in expanding our presence across European medical schools. You will leverage your medical expertise to develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns, manage key partnerships with universities and student organizations, and drive revenue growth. This remote position requires strong communication and presentation skills, experience in project management or related fields, and a willingness to travel. You will collaborate closely with various teams and stakeholders to achieve AMBOSS's mission of empowering physicians. The position offers a full-time schedule with opportunities for professional growth and impact.
Requirements
- You have a licensed medical degree from the European region
- You are business fluent in English and ideally, you speak the local language of the region
- Prior experience in communication, project management, or working with NGOs (e.g. student organizations)
- Willingness to travel (40%) and to attend conferences with a high level of autonomy
- Ability to work independently, prioritize work and implement structure
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to operate with flexibility in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
Responsibilities
- Develop a profound understanding of medical students and physicians in Europe and strive to expand AMBOSSβs presence at European medical schools
- Build strong relationships with medical universities across Europe and lead conference presentations, webinars, and in-person meetings in the region
- Manage our AMBOSSadors and key student contacts at the universities, and collaborate with key opinion leaders, student and medical societies
- Design and implement strategic outbound marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Monitor country-specific performance metrics for all channels and plan quarterly reviews
- If relevant, create and manage content material to help tailor us to the market (e.g. country-specific study guides and plans)
Preferred Qualifications
Prior work or academic experience in tech, business development, consulting, sales, or marketing
