Requirements
- 4+ years in a similar role in partnerships or business development, preferably within the crypto or fintech industry
- Previous experience in Crypto or Blockchain in the local markets, with existing relationships or knowledge about influential figures in the local ecosystem
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and the Web3 ecosystem
- Demonstrable track record of initiating, managing & monetizing relationships with clients or partners eg. driving business results with clients & partners, drafting documentations & agreements
- Excellent command of professional written & oral English, writing & presentation samples are welcome
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute partnership strategies to expand our presence in both Web2 and Web3 spaces
- Identify and engage potential partners, including enterprises, blockchain startups, and ecosystem projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to drive growth, adoption, and successful collaboration
- Own, onboard and scale our new Reseller Program relating to our Aurora Cloud ProductSupport internal programs for Project acquisition to drive ecosystem growth
- Own and scale the Affiliate Partnership channel including the self onboarding Partner channels for Aurora Cloud
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, legal, etc.) to align partnership efforts
- Structure, negotiate, and close partnership deals, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term success
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings, advocating for our solutions and building a strong network
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance, ensuring KPIs and deliverables are met
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in both the Web2 and Web3 sectors to inform partnership opportunities
- Actively participate in relevant ecosystem communities, attend industry events, and represent the company to foster relationships and brand awareness
