Join Deel's fast-growing team as a Senior Partnership Manager and make a direct impact. This role involves managing a portfolio of venture partners, generating high-quality referrals and revenue, and collaborating cross-functionally. You will guide clients strategically, become a Deel product expert, and consistently exceed quota. The position requires building lasting relationships through in-person engagements and acting as an activation expert to quickly onboard new partners. Requirements
- You have 4+ years of experience in any form of partnership role
- You have a strong understanding of the venture capital landscape and are well-connected
- You are proficient in spoken and written English and have strong research skills
- You have a way with words and can write email copy and sequence campaigns that activate partners
- You are adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
- You are an active relationship builder who can consistently collaborate with internal and external teams to improve processes and communication workflows
Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with venture partners to generate high-quality referrals and revenue opportunities
- Guide clients through strategic decisions, including product configurations, compliance needs, and workflow improvements
- Consistently meet or exceed quota, driving SQOs through broker-sourced opportunities
- Become a Deel product expert, delivering clear, tailored demos that educate partners
- Stay informed about the competitive landscape and position Deel effectively in every deal
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales development, and solutions teams to influence product development
- Meet with partners in person at least once or twice a month to deepen relationships and strengthen long-term partnerships
- Be an activation expert to quickly transition a new partner from signed to engaged and revenue-generating, ensuring the relationship starts strong and scales efficiently

- You have worked for an HR or FinTech company
- You've worked at a fast-growing startup
- You have previously successfully worked in a remote & distributed team
