Summary

Join our team as a Partner Marketing Coordinator to enhance partner program and drive business impact through partner marketing and operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is preferred but not required
  • 2-5 years of experience in SaaS or a fast-paced technology-focused business
  • Proven experience in partner program management, operations, and/or partner marketing is preferred but not required
  • Operational mindset with experience in lead tracking, reporting, and project management
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and internal teams
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce), marketing automation tools (HubSpot), and other relevant software

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate partner and customer webinars, field events, and campaigns that deliver QoQ partner pipeline growth
  • Manage logistics, workflows, communication, and on-site support for partner field events (10% travel)
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, RevOps, Sales, and Accounting to ensure alignment on cross-functional follow-through, in support of executing on partner initiatives accordingly
  • Support RevOps in ensuring partner pipeline and revenue reporting accuracy in Salesforce
  • Implement automated workflows to mitigate administrative deliverables, such as streamlining the partner application review and referral lead routing process
  • Oversee partner lead workflows to ensure timely and accurate follow-up from the Revenue team on partner-focused campaigns
  • Maintain organized records of partner directories (rolodex) and partner status
  • Update and manage partner marketplace listings to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Manage the 15Five partner inbox, including responding to support inquiries and routing them to appropriate teams
  • Represent 15Five in interactions with partners, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally and effectively
  • Surface escalations and blockers to the Head of Partnerships as needed, ensuring alignment on a timely resolution
