Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience or proven expertise in partnership management
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through successful partnerships and business development
• Proven ability to drive sales through strategic partnerships, including a strong understanding of sales pipelines, lead generation, and conversion strategies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Familiarity with the healthcare sector is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to build and maintain strong partnerships with key industry stakeholders
• Identify, Target, Prioritise and pursue new partnership opportunities to expand ShiftCare’s reach and influence
• Manage the partners' webinar pipeline, ensuring successful planning and execution of events
• Identify and facilitate collaboration opportunities
• Oversee and manage the partnership referral program, including tracking and reporting performance
• Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership goals with ShiftCare’s strategy
• Monitor partnership performance and provide regular updates and insights to the CEO
