You will be responsible for project managing program launches, recruiting households, ensuring data accuracy, and reporting on performance. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills, along with experience in program management and a passion for the energy and/or climate space. Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Exceptional analytical skills, including data analysis and reporting on energy, marketing and financial metrics
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work product
  • Ability to self initiate and thrive in a fast-paced, high-throughput environment
  • A strong background in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Google Suite products
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple programs simultaneously
  • Ability to work cross functionally to problem solve and keep internal and external stakeholders aligned and working towards established goals
  • Takes initiative to establish new processes and refine existing processes
  • Undergraduate college degree required
  • 1-3 years experience in program management or similar role
  • Exhibited interest in the energy and/or climate space

Responsibilities

  • Track and manage multiple programs to ensure they hit growth targets and meet partner expectations
  • Project manage program launches and end customer recruitment to established deadlines, coordinating cross-functionally across the company
  • Use data analysis to drive strategic action that facilitates growth and improves processes
  • Problem solve to find workarounds when issues arise
  • Perform market analysis to support growth into new areas and improve Voltus’s residential offerings
