This full-time, remote position offers a competitive salary ($37,440-$41,600) plus bonus opportunities. You will handle 80-120 inbound calls daily, scheduling various medical services. Requirements
- Must be a Colorado or Wyoming resident
- 2+ years professional experience, with demonstrated history of retention
- Authorization to work in the US
- High school diploma or GED
- Advanced beginner to Intermediate skills in the Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Must be able to work M-F 7-5pm
Responsibilities
- Handle 80-120 IB calls per day, accurately scheduling clinic visits, imaging, surgeries, labs, and infusion services
- Perform off-phone auditing, pre-authorization duties, and OB calls as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in customer service and/or healthcare preferred (but not required)
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills a plus!
- Typing 40+ WPM with 90% accuracy preferred
- Medical scheduling experience greatly preferred
- Ready to join a fast-paced team
