Join Revenue Enterprises, a family-owned customer service contact center, as a Patient Scheduler in our newest business line! This full-time, remote position offers a competitive salary ($37,440-$41,600) plus bonus opportunities. You will handle 80-120 inbound calls daily, scheduling various medical services. The ideal candidate possesses medical scheduling experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

  • Must be a Colorado or Wyoming resident
  • 2+ years professional experience, with demonstrated history of retention
  • Authorization to work in the US
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Advanced beginner to Intermediate skills in the Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Must be able to work M-F 7-5pm

Responsibilities

  • Handle 80-120 IB calls per day, accurately scheduling clinic visits, imaging, surgeries, labs, and infusion services
  • Perform off-phone auditing, pre-authorization duties, and OB calls as required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service and/or healthcare preferred (but not required)
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills a plus!
  • Typing 40+ WPM with 90% accuracy preferred
  • Medical scheduling experience greatly preferred
  • Ready to join a fast-paced team
  • Able to multi-task
  • Talented at customer service
  • Strong listener and proactive attitude to meet patient needs and escalate as required by Client processes and safety standards
  • Has patience and is calm and helpful
  • Has a great phone voice and an empathetic tone
  • Is able to implement changes quickly and maintain strict organization
  • Is able to be a great team player
  • Is willing to grow with BPO and stay on the team with longevity
  • Accurate - Low error rate on existing teams (if applicable)
