Requirements

  • Experience working in a medical-related job
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Has availability to work some weekends
  • Hands-on experience in Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Google Docs, and other computer basics
  • Comfortable making calls with patients
  • Comfortable using social media
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Attention to detail and a good sense of judgment
  • A personal computer with stable internet
  • Available to work from 12 PM to 8 PM Pacific Time, with one weekend day per month

Responsibilities

  • Answering questions about Winonaโ€™s products and services
  • Delivering information about Winonaโ€™s offerings
  • Ensuring patient satisfaction and maintaining professional patient support
  • Handling patient complaints and identifying the appropriate response and strategy to solve issues as quickly as possible
  • Keeping records of patient interactions, processing patient accounts, and filing documents
  • Taking the extra mile to engage with patients
