Join Allucent™ as a Manager, Patient Recruitment & Retention and play a vital role in helping biopharmaceutical companies conduct clinical trials. You will oversee patient engagement activities, including recruitment and retention strategies, managing digital outreach, and coordinating site-specific strategies. This hybrid/remote position requires managing the day-to-day activities for assigned studies and coordinating Allucent’s Patient Direct Trial offering. You will also lead and mentor team members, ensuring compliance with regulations and contributing to process improvements. The ideal candidate possesses a life science degree, extensive experience in clinical research, and strong leadership skills. Requirements
- Possess a Life science, healthcare and/or business degree
- Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in drug development and/or clinical research
- Understand or be aware of clinical outcome assessments, electronic deployment and DCT approaches
- Have excellent knowledge of ICH /GCP, FDA and country regulations
- Demonstrate strong customer service orientation
- Demonstrate professionalism and presentation of a positive image of the company
- Demonstrate understanding of applicable medical/therapeutic area knowledge and medical terminology
- Have excellent communication and listening skills, confronting constructively

Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and deploy specific Patient Recruitment and Retention strategies and tactics
- Develop Recruitment and Retention materials in line with study need and agreed study scope
- Work with and manage digital outreach campaign / vendor in line with study timelines, geographical reach
- Coordinate and manage deployment of site-specific strategies such as Clinical Enrollment Managers, Enrollment Assistants or other site supporting tactics as agreed
- Work closely with (and in coordination with the sponsor) designated Patient Advocacy Groups to support the study as per agreed scope
- Oversee and manage junior members of the Patient Engagement team with regards to deliverables, project allocation, utilization and workload and assist this team in managing time and tasks to adhere to study budget and timelines, while achieving quality, compliance and efficiency
- Manage the day-to-day functional and organizational activities for assigned studies
- Other responsibilities as required
- Coordinate, manage Allucent’s Patient Direct Trial offering
- Work closely with our PDT partner and our sponsors to ensure PDT deliverables stay on track and on time
- Conduct UAT testing of study specific PDT Patient Apps
- Work cross functionally as required by the PDT scope with other Allucent departments such as Biometrics, Project Management, Consultancy, GCO and study start-up
- Keep oversight to ensure compliance to the SOPs and ICH/GCP/regulatory guidelines and best practices as well compliance to the department and project metrics
- Initiate course of action to achieve/ sustain compliance and efficiency
- Contribute to Patient Engagement system and process improvement initiatives
- Be an active member of the Patient Engagement management team
- Lead by example and encourage PE team members to develop strong solutions for clinical trial delivery
- May be assigned as line manager
