Summary

Join Care Access as the Director, Global OUS Patient Marketing & Expansion, a strategic leadership role driving comprehensive patient marketing strategies across international markets. You will manage existing programs, develop capabilities for new market entries, and optimize patient recruitment and engagement globally. Responsibilities include leading patient marketing strategies, creating targeted communication approaches, conducting market research for new countries, and developing patient marketing capabilities. The role requires expertise in GCP guidelines, clinical trial knowledge, and at least 3 years of industry experience. Regular regional travel is expected. Requirements

  • Expert working knowledge of GCP guidelines and quality regulations/expectations pertaining to clinical trials
  • Knowledge and understanding of the industry requirements, best practice, and organization of a clinical research site
  • Minimum of 3 years industry experience and have had exposure to internal audits as well as Regulatory inspections
  • Minimum of 3 years of industry experience

Responsibilities

  • Drive comprehensive patient marketing strategies across OUS countries
  • Manage existing OUS patient marketing programs
  • Develop marketing capabilities for new market entries
  • Optimize patient recruitment and engagement across global clinical research sites
  • Lead and execute patient marketing strategies for established international markets
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive patient communication programs across multiple regions
  • Manage ongoing patient recruitment and retention initiatives for global clinical trials
  • Monitor and optimize patient engagement metrics across different geographical markets
  • Create targeted communication approaches for diverse patient populations across therapeutic areas
  • Design patient-facing materials that simplify complex clinical trial information
  • Develop multilingual patient recruitment marketing collateral aligned with local cultural and medical communication norms
  • Implement data-driven patient recruitment strategies tailored to specific international markets
  • Conduct comprehensive market research for potential new country entries
  • Develop detailed market assessment frameworks including: Healthcare system analysis, Patient communication preferences, Regulatory marketing constraints, Cultural communication nuances
  • Create adaptive patient marketing playbooks for each new market
  • Identify and mitigate potential patient engagement barriers in emerging markets
  • Design and implement patient marketing capabilities from the ground up in new markets
  • Establish local patient engagement infrastructure, including: Multilingual call center capabilities, Local digital communication platforms, Patient support and information systems
  • Develop scalable yet locally-tailored patient marketing capabilities
  • Create robust patient data management systems compliant with local regulations
  • Conduct deep-dive cultural communication assessments for each target market
  • Develop marketing creative strategies that resonate with local patient populations
  • Create translation and cultural adaptation protocols for patient materials
  • Build relationships with local healthcare communicators and patient advocacy groups
  • Ensure marketing materials meet both global brand standards and local cultural expectations
  • Leverage digital marketing technologies to enhance patient engagement
  • Implement advanced data analytics to measure marketing effectiveness
  • Develop patient data integration strategies compliant with international privacy regulations
  • Create comprehensive dashboards tracking patient marketing performance across markets
