As a key team member, you will be the first point of contact for cancer patients and caregivers in international markets. You will handle patient inquiries, facilitate enrollment in Massive Bio services, collect patient feedback, and support various teams. This role requires strong communication skills, experience in customer service, and familiarity with medical terminology. Fluency in German and advanced English is essential. The position reports to the Contact Center & Data Analytics Manager.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service sales experience, preferably in healthcare (e.g., home healthcare equipment, individual health insurance plans) to consumers
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and the healthcare system
  • Advanced English speaking level; fluent in the language of the respective country
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to quickly resolve problems while speaking with patients and caregivers
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Intermediate data entry skills
  • Intermediate software skills in using mobile applications, email, Microsoft

Responsibilities

  • Answer calls from cancer patients and caregivers to inform them about Massive Bio's services and general oncology topics
  • Call cancer patients and caregivers to expedite enrollment in Massive Bio services
  • Assist with patient enrollment for Massive Bio services and communicate with office staff and case managers on individual client status
  • Gather patient feedback from calls and relay it to Massive Bio's Sales & Marketing, Product Development, and Delivery Operations teams
  • Support Case Managers in contacting patients and caregivers to keep them updated as needed
  • Maintain CRM systems, track patient communication, and report results to internal leadership and team members
  • Support the Business Development team in directly following up with physician patients
  • Support the Marketing team in creating or reviewing translations for local languages
