Summary

Join Massive Bio, a rapidly growing medical technology startup, as a Patient Relations Coordinator in Poland! As a key team member, you will be the first point of contact for Polish oncology patients and their caregivers. You will handle calls, facilitate patient registration on the Massive Bio platform, gather patient feedback, and update the CRM system. This role requires excellent communication skills in Polish and English, experience in customer service, and familiarity with medical terminology. You will report to the Call Center and Data Analytics Manager and support various teams within the company.

Requirements

  • Higher education
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/customer service, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and the healthcare system
  • Bilingualism: Polish and English
  • Excellent communication skills in both languages: oral and written
  • Ability to quickly solve problems during conversations with patients/their caregivers
  • Listening skills
  • Data entry skills into the CRM system
  • Skills in using software that uses mobile device applications, email, Microsoft

Responsibilities

  • Receive and make calls to oncology patients/their caregivers to provide information about Massive Bio's services and general oncology treatment issues
  • Call oncology patients/their caregivers to expedite registration on the Massive Bio service platform
  • Assist in registering patients with Massive Bio and communicate with office staff and call center/medical department managers regarding each patient's status
  • Collect patient feedback provided during phone calls and share it with Massive Bio's sales and marketing team to improve services and product development
  • Support department managers in contacting and receiving updates from patients and caregivers as needed
  • Regularly update the CRM system; track communication with patients; report results to management and team members
  • Support the business development team in directly updating patients referred by physicians
  • Support the marketing team in performing or verifying translations into Polish
