Summary
Join Massive Bio, a rapidly growing health-tech startup, as a Patient Relations Coordinator for Germany! As a key team member, you will be the first point of contact for cancer patients and caregivers in international markets. You will handle incoming calls, facilitate patient enrollment in Massive Bio services, collect patient feedback, and support case managers. This role requires excellent communication skills, familiarity with medical terminology, and at least two years of customer service experience in healthcare. Fluency in German and advanced English is essential. The ideal candidate will be based in Germany or Turkey, or willing to work remotely from there.
Requirements
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of customer service sales experience, preferably in healthcare (e.g., home healthcare equipment, individual health insurance plans) to consumers
- Familiarity with medical terminology and the healthcare system
- Advanced level English speaking; fluent in the language of the respective country
- Ideally residing in Germany or Turkey or willing to work remotely from there
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly resolve issues while speaking with patients and caregivers
- Excellent listening skills
- Intermediate data entry skills
- Intermediate software skills using mobile applications, email, Microsoft
Responsibilities
- Answer calls from cancer patients and caregivers to inform them about Massive Bio services and general oncology topics
- Call cancer patients and caregivers to expedite enrollment in Massive Bio services
- Assist with patient enrollment for Massive Bio services and communicate with office staff and case managers on the status of individual clients
- Gather patient feedback from calls and relay to Massive Bio teams for Sales & Marketing, Product Development, and Delivery Operations
- Support Case Managers in contacting patients and caregivers to keep them updated as needed
- Maintain CRM systems, track patient communication, and report results to internal leadership and team members
- Support the Business Development team in directly following up with physician patients
- Support the Marketing team in creating or reviewing translations for local languages
