This role involves maintaining and supervising merchant accounts, supporting onboarding processes, monitoring workflows, executing payment policies, resolving payment issues, documenting processes, and analyzing payment trends. Success requires ensuring seamless operation and supervision of merchant payment processes, providing accurate and compliant support, and continuously improving workflows. Requirements

  • If you have 2 years of experience in payment operations, dispute or chargeback management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (another European language is a plus)
  • Maintain a proactive mindset with a positive, solution-oriented approach
  • Have a strong understanding of payments systems and banking processes
  • Have excellent analytical skills with ability to analyze payment data, reconcile accounts, and resolve discrepancies
  • Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and risk management
  • Great communication skills, with the ability to interact with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to proactively identify and address issues related to payment operations

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and supervising merchant accounts while providing support to their inquiries
  • Supporting merchants in their onboarding process
  • Monitoring onboarding and payment workflows
  • Executing payment policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance to procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Following up and resolving payment related issues and disputes
  • Documenting payment processes and procedures
  • Supporting on requests related to payouts and fraud
  • Analyzing payment trends and propose improvements
  • Preparing and submiting merchant reports
  • Preparing daily reconciliation of payments transactions to finance department
  • Supporting the implementation of new payment related products and services
  • Collaborating with internal and external teams to address payment related issues
