Payroll Implementation Consultant

Summary

Join our team as a Canadian Payroll Support Specialist, providing crucial administrative support for our Workday and ADP Global View environments launching April 1st, 2025. You will play a vital role in supporting the payroll management team by conducting thorough UAT/End-to-End/Parallel testing during Phases 2 & 3. This ensures accuracy and compliance, freeing up the existing team to manage daily PeopleSoft production tasks. The position requires extensive Canadian payroll expertise, including compliance knowledge and experience with ADP Global View. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for collaboration with internal and external consultants. This is a remote position, offering flexibility for candidates located anywhere in the US.

Requirements

• Have UAT/Test payroll execution in UAT environment, 15,000+ employees
• Possess extensive knowledge of Canadian Payroll especially compliance rules (CAN tax calculations, earnings, deductions, pay groups, costing allocations, running Workday payroll reports, audit alerts, approval processes and security rules)
• Have Global View ADP experience
• Have SSL transaction data uploads experience
• Have audit processing experience to compare configurations and other required information
• Be able to create test cases and testing interfaces to various vendors and various systems
• Possess strong communication skills and ability to interact and collaborate effectively with existing Workday/KPMG/ADP implementation consultants
• Be a problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives
• Have 5+ years’ experience CAN processing payroll
• Have 7+ years’ Workday SME experience

Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative Canadian support testing our Workday and ADP Global View environments
• Support the existing payroll management team by pushing forward with UAT/End-to-End/Parrell testing as part of Phase 2 & 3 to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Help existing payroll management continue to handle day-to-day PeopleSoft production activities when required
