Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution
  • Possess 3+ years of experience managing payroll functions for APAC countries (SG, MY, TH, China, etc.) and other countries is a plus
  • Demonstrate strong working knowledge of local regulations and policies related to payroll
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines timely and accurately
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills to connect clients and align with various stakeholders
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, capable of explaining complex issues in an understandable manner
  • Have advanced knowledge of local payroll software solutions
  • Possess intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Be proficient in English

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the point of contact for clients regarding escalated issues, collaborating with the wider team for timely resolution
  • Manage client expectations and set expectations with Payroll Services Teams (internal and partner teams)
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients, stakeholders, partners, and managers
  • Conduct regular service review meetings with all PA clients
  • Ensure periodic meetings, including agenda setting, minute taking, distribution, and follow-up actions
  • Manage client satisfaction data gathering, reporting, and management
  • Demonstrate strong ownership in issue resolution by actively investigating, sharing knowledge, and communicating clearly with all clients
  • Build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships within the client community to enhance client experience
  • Ensure timely and accurate service delivery according to client SLAs
