Payroll Specialist

Summary

Join NeuraFlash, where growth is not just a goal, but a way of life! As a Payroll Specialist, you will have the opportunity to process payroll for US and Canadian-based employees, manage payroll tax notifications, maintain payroll records, balance accounts, and assist with monthly billing.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in processing payroll; at a global level is a plus
• Experience with handling payroll tax notices
• Produce payroll reporting
• Some knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping is a plus

Responsibilities

• Process the payroll for the US and Canadian-based employees
• Manage the state, local, and provinces payroll tax notifications
• Maintain the payroll records and employee salary databases
• Balance payroll accounts
• Work on other non-payroll related tasks, including assisting the Finance team with the monthly billing function
