People and Culture Intern

Summary

Join Power Digital, a tech-enabled growth firm, as a People and Culture Intern for the Summer 2025 term. This remote internship offers a unique opportunity to gain behind-the-scenes experience in a fast-growing company. You will learn about maintaining a strong company culture, assist with onboarding new team members, plan and organize culture events, and contribute to team recognition initiatives. You will also gain exposure to all aspects of digital marketing, understanding how departments work together to execute the overall strategy. This internship is ideal for students pursuing degrees in Project Management, Operations Management, Business, Human Resources, People and Culture, or Event Planning.

Requirements

• Working toward or recently received a Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong follow through in time management, attention to detail, and reliability
• Strong writing and grammar skills
• Strong desire to learn and contribute to an evolving department in San Diego’s second fastest growing company
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to work in a deadline sensitive environment

Responsibilities

• Help organize important documents and processes
• Learn the processes for onboarding new team members and assist
• Assist in planning and organizing culture events
• Assist in team recognition initiatives
• Assist in operational tasks for the people organization
• Assist with NYC office management as needed
