Summary

Join Power Digital as a People and Culture Intern for Spring 2025! This remote internship offers college credit and the chance to contribute to a fast-growing company. You'll gain hands-on experience in organizational initiatives, onboarding, people operations, and event planning. The role involves assisting the People Team with various tasks, including document organization, team recognition, and office management. Interns will learn about digital marketing and collaborate with a fun, supportive team. Full remote flexibility is offered.

Requirements

• Working toward or recently received a Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong follow through in time management, attention to detail, and reliability
• Strong writing and grammar skills
• Strong desire to learn and contribute to an evolving department in San Diego’s second fastest growing company
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to work in a deadline sensitive environment

Responsibilities

• Help organize important documents and processes
• Learn the processes for onboarding new team members and assist
• Assist in planning and organizing culture events
• Assist in team recognition initiatives
• Assist in operational tasks for the people organization
• Assist with NYC office management as needed
