People and Culture Intern

Summary

Join Power Digital's People and Culture team as an intern and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This remote internship offers college students the opportunity to contribute to organizational initiatives, learn about digital marketing, and assist with onboarding, people operations, and event planning. Interns will work directly under the People Team, assisting in various tasks, and actively participate in team brainstorms and strategy sessions. The internship provides valuable experience in a growing company and offers full remote flexibility. The position is open to students enrolled in an internship course for college credit. Compensation is college credit.

Requirements

• Working toward or recently received a Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong follow through in time management, attention to detail, and reliability
• Strong writing and grammar skills
• Strong desire to learn and contribute to an evolving department in San Diego’s second fastest growing company
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to work in a deadline sensitive environment

Responsibilities

• Help organize important documents and processes
• Learn the processes for onboarding new team members and assist
• Assist in planning and organizing culture events
• Assist in team recognition initiatives
• Assist in operational tasks for the people organization
• Assist with NYC office management as needed
