Requirements

  • 5+ years of HR experience in fast-paced startup or tech environments

Responsibilities

  • Manage a P&C portfolio of cross-functional projects, programs, ideas, and initiatives that improve the employee experience and support overall business success
  • Develop, implement, and lead learning programs (onboarding, L&D) that enhance employee ramp up, satisfaction and long-term retention
  • Be responsible for the execution of cyclical HR processes (employee relations, performance reviews, compensation reviews, talent reviews) and provide appropriate consultation to leaders
  • Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, ensuring they are integrated into all aspects of HR practices
  • Provide guidance on performance feedback, coaching, and development opportunities, serving as a coach to managers and employees
  • Champion our culture by promoting SafeBase’s values and core behaviors to guide decision-making and drive thoughtful change management in a fast-paced environment
  • Review and analyze business data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee happiness, performance, retention, and overall experience
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations
  • Serve as a key point of contact for employee relations, leave, or people policy issues, ensuring they are resolved in a timely and fair manner
  • Oversee HR systems, data management, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance
