Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 8+ years of relevant HR experience, including demonstrated strategic partnership with senior levels throughout an organization
  • Advanced knowledge of Human Resource principles and practices, and laws and regulations related to employment

Responsibilities

  • Provides full cycle, strategic HR support for leaders and employees in assigned business areas
  • Partners with leadership to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business goals and objectives
  • Champions organizational change, development, and effectiveness, including succession planning, talent development, and engagement
  • Provides consultation on day-to-day employee issues and performance management guidance (i.e. coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary action)
  • Analyzes HR metrics and data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, using findings to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of P&C Team initiatives across the organization
  • Drives initiatives regarding culture, organizational change, engagement, and organizational effectiveness
  • Partners with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to create an exceptional onboarding experience for new employees

Preferred Qualifications

Experience as HR practitioner in a multi-national organization with proven experience of working across different countries & cultures, strongly preferred
