Summary
Join Greenhouse as a People Business Partner and become a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning people strategies with organizational goals. Leverage data and insights to foster a high-performance culture, coach leaders, and provide guidance on people-related decisions. Partner with the IDEA team to cultivate an inclusive environment and collaborate with Centers of Expertise on compensation, performance, and promotion programs. This role requires 3+ years of experience as a Business Partner, preferably in tech or high-growth organizations, and proven success in coaching managers. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Partner (preferably in tech or high-growth organizations)
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Proven success coaching and guiding managers across all levels of leadership (experience working with revenue teams, preferred)
- Demonstrated experience leading company-wide people programs
- Experience with employee relations matters and US employment laws and practices
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Responsibilities
- Partner with our revenue organization and work alongside leaders to align people strategies with business goals and OKRs
- Leverage data and insights to influence decision-making and foster a highβperformance culture
- Coach leaders to enable them to develop and grow and support difficult conversations with empathy, clarity, and courage
- Provide support and proactive guidance on people-related decisions such as organizational design, talent planning, career growth, employee relations, and more
- Partner with our IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Allyship) team to create a culture where everyone can thrive, grow, and feel like they belong
- Partner with Centers of Expertise on the People team on compensation, performance, and promotion programs

Benefits
- The national pay range for this role is $93,900 - $138,412
- Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications
- Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases
- Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role
- We are a remote-first company and have shared office spaces in New York City and Ireland, and optional co-working spaces that give us flexibility to do our best work anywhere
