Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant people operations / HR experience
  • Ability to iteratively develop and execute on people processes and initiatives in an early stage, growth oriented team
  • Proven experience partnering with clinical and non-clinical leaders to propose business-led but mission-aligned people decisions
  • Data driven mindset, with the ability to communicate effectively using data
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and lead groups to decisions in remote-first environments
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with continuously evolving priorities
  • Reputation for integrity, confidentiality, dedicated work ethic, and desire for ownership & accountability
  • Commitment to building an exceptional culture

Responsibilities

  • Serve as People liaison for new and current employees to manage and resolve employee matters
  • Ensure compliance with related regulatory and company policies
  • Maintain core employment lifecycle documentation including onboarding guides and the employee handbook
  • Collaborate with the management team and department leaders with organizational design
  • Provide recommendations and support related to people needs
  • Own the design and operation of employee performance evaluation and measurement
  • Lead the development of a total rewards framework for employees
  • Support talent acquisition, development and retention
  • Identify training needs, career development initiatives and leadership programs
  • Oversee and maintain core human resource operations, including HR information systems
