Requirements

  • Minimum of 6-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a business partner or similar strategic role
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provides business partnerships to the VP level of our org, and executes HR business strategies to drive key business results
  • Guide on People matters, partnering with subject-matter experts to develop needed solutions across departments
  • Implements and delivers solutions and interventions that address retention, change management, employee engagement, and leadership development
  • Investigate and resolve complex employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers
  • Provide coaching to managers and employees on People policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, staying updated on changes and best practices
  • Build trusted relationships with leaders and teams, serving as a strategic partner on all People-related topics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive key business results through effective HR strategies
  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being across departments
  • Conduct surveys, analyze data, and provide insights to drive continuous improvement in employee experience
