Requirements

• Du studierst Psychologie, BWL, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder Pädagogik
• Du hast Lust auf HR, Organisationsentwicklung & internationale Zusammenarbeit
• Du sprichst sehr gutes Englisch

Responsibilities

• Mitarbeit an internationalen Talent- und Leadership-Programmen
• Erstellung von HR-Analysen & Reportings
• Vorbereitung von Workshops, Meetings & Präsentationen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit erfahrenen HR-Kolleg*innen weltweit
