We're searching for a driven, detail-oriented People & Culture Manager to join our Global People Team.
Requirements
- Experience & Expertise: 5+ years of HR experience, particularly across EMEA countries such as the United Kingdom, Portugal, France, Netherlands, Germany, and the Czech Republic, allowing you to navigate diverse employment landscapes
- Data-Driven Mindset: Proficiency with data and metrics to identify trends and drive insights that shape impactful People initiatives. You’ll leverage analytics to continuously improve our programs and processes
- Service-Oriented Approach: A commitment to providing excellent service and support, working cross-functionally and building strong relationships at all levels of the organization
- Self-Starter Attitude: You’re proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects with exceptional time-management skills. Your can-do attitude means you thrive in fast-paced, ever-evolving environments
- Adaptability & Resilience: Comfortable with ambiguity, you remain composed and solution-oriented even through times of change and uncertainty
- Attention to Detail: You’re meticulous, data-driven, and thorough, ensuring accuracy in your work and contributing to a high standard of operational excellence

Responsibilities
- Be a Strategic Partner: Collaborate closely with managers and department heads to ensure our employees are engaged, supported, and empowered
- Analyze & Improve: Use data to identify trends in employee engagement and productivity, then design and implement programs and policies that enhance the workplace experience
- Support Employee Relations: Take charge of employee relations matters, including performance management, terminations, and leaves of absence, fostering a supportive and compliant work environment
- Be the EMEA & APJ Go-To: Serve as the primary contact for our EMEA & APJ teams on all things related to benefits and employment, collaborating with our local partners or Employer of Record (EOR) as needed
- Champion Development: Partner with the People team to roll out impactful programs, from benefits and manager training to career development and skill enhancement programs
- Own the Onboarding Experience: Ensure new team members feel welcomed and supported from day one. You’ll lead our onboarding efforts and provide ongoing support as they settle in
- Drive Employee Engagement: Conduct regular check-ins throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring that our teams are motivated, engaged, and aligned with our culture and values
- Manage Off-boarding: Support employees as they transition, conducting exit interviews and managing a respectful and seamless offboarding process
- Stay Compliant: Keep up with the latest in employment law and regulations. You’ll play a key role in rolling out and reinforcing policies to ensure compliance and maintain our company standards
- Lead Cross-Departmental Initiatives: Partner on HR and company-wide projects that promote our culture, reinforce compliance, and drive collaboration
- Take on Ad-Hoc Projects: Tackle various projects as they arise, contributing to the growth and development of the People function and the company at large
