Responsibilities

• Create a smooth onboarding process for new employees
• Ensure data integrity in our HRIS (hiBob)
• Contribute to the continuous development of People processes, tools, and systems
• Prepare and review employment-related documents
• Participate in local and global project work to enhance the employee experience
• Act as the initial point of contact for employee questions and administrative support requests
