People Operations Associate

Summary

Join Twilio's People Operations team as a People Operations Associate supporting the Americas region. You'll be part of a team transforming HR functions to deliver a seamless employee experience. This role involves leveraging Workday and ServiceNow, providing HR support to employees, partnering with other People functions, maintaining data confidentiality, and participating in system testing. Requirements

• 1-2 years’ experience in HR and handling direct customer/employee questions and support
• Able to demonstrate effective prioritizing, organizing, problem solving, interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills
• Brings curiosity, and desire to find opportunities for improvement
• Keen to continue learning and developing their skills, having a growth mentality
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English

Responsibilities

• Leverage Workday and ServiceNow to perform transactions, support employees, and internal stakeholders
• Provide HR support directly to employees and internal partners related to questions concerning: Benefits, Compensation, HR Policies, Relocation, Payroll, HR Systems (Workday, Greenhouse, ServiceNow), General HR related questions
• Partner closely with other People functions and HRBPs to execute HR Operational processes and services with a focus on employee experience, and data integrity
• Maintain confidentiality of core HR data and projects
• Participate in system testing and support for HR Operations related program rollouts, new systems and processes
• Document, maintain and communicate core HR processes to users and partners

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience running HR processes for Colombia and the US
