As the go-to expert for People Ops, you'll provide guidance on company policies, optimize HR systems, and enhance onboarding/offboarding experiences. You'll manage HR operations, employee inquiries, and documentation, ensuring compliance. Furthermore, you'll foster a scalable workplace culture by empowering employees with training and resources, optimizing HR systems, and driving cross-functional collaboration. Requirements
- A strong background in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and process optimization
- A proven ability to develop and implement scalable HR processes, improving efficiency and employee experience
- Expertise in HR systems, including HRIS (Rippling experience preferred), ticketing systems (Jira or Zendesk), and other people tools, with a strong focus on optimization, automation, and data integrity
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally to align HR operations with business needs
- A proactive, problem-solving approach with the ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities
- A passion for employee engagement and experience, with a track record of developing and improving initiatives that foster a positive and connected workplace culture

Responsibilities
- Optimize Employee Lifecycle and Engagement Processes
- Enhance Onboarding & Offboarding – Continuously improve onboarding and offboarding processes to create a seamless and engaging experience for employees at every stage of their journey
- Drive Employee Engagement Initiatives – Develop and support programs that foster connection, recognition, and a sense of belonging within the organization
- Streamline People Team Processes – Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance the employee experience across key lifecycle touchpoints
- Ensure Policy and Process Alignment – Maintain consistency and compliance across employee lifecycle processes while adapting to the evolving needs of the organization
- Manage Daily HR Operations and Employee Support
- Oversee HR Ticketing System & Employee Inquiries – Manage all employee inbounds to the HR team through the ticketing system, ensuring timely responses and effective resolution of requests
- Coordinate HR Documentation & Compliance – Manage key HR documentation, ensuring policies, procedures, and compliance requirements are met
- Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with payroll, IT, and other departments to resolve employee issues and ensure smooth HR operations
- Maintain and Manage HRIS Data Integrity – Oversee employee data within the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation while identifying opportunities for system improvements and automation
- Foster a High-Impact and Scalable Workplace Culture
- Empower Employees with HR System Training & Resources – Provide employees with the tools, training, and support needed to effectively utilize HR systems, enhancing efficiency and user experience across the organization
- Optimize HR Systems for Efficiency & Accuracy – Enhance the functionality of HR technology and tools to improve efficiency, data accuracy, and ease of use for employees at all levels
- Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with key stakeholders across departments to align HR technology solutions with business objectives, ensuring a seamless and integrated employee experience
- Enhance Process Automation & Workflow Optimization – Identify opportunities for automation within HR systems to streamline operations, reduce manual tasks, and improve overall efficiency
- Take Ownership of the People Team Ticketing System – Quickly learn and manage all employee inbounds, ensuring timely responses and effective resolution of requests. Accurately assess inquiries and reassign tickets to the appropriate People Team member when necessary to ensure efficient support and resolution
- Enhance Onboarding & Offboarding Workflows – Assess current processes and recommend improvements to create a smoother, more engaging employee experience
- Optimize HR Systems & Workflows – Get up to speed on HR technology tools and propose optimizations to improve system efficiency and user experience
- Build Cross-Functional Relationships – Establish strong partnerships with payroll, IT, and other teams to ensure seamless coordination of HR operations
- Develop and Implement a Comprehensive People Team Audit Plan – Design and execute a structured audit schedule for HR processes and systems, ensuring regular reviews to identify inefficiencies, maintain compliance, and drive continuous improvements. Use audit findings to recommend and implement enhancements that optimize workflows, improve data integrity, and support scalability
- Build and Implement a Scalable HR Ticketing System Strategy – Analyze ticketing trends, develop standardized response protocols, and create a structured escalation process to improve efficiency and enhance the employee support experience
- Develop and Execute a Continuous Improvement Plan for Employee Lifecycle Processes – Assess onboarding, offboarding, and other key employee lifecycle workflows, identifying gaps and inefficiencies. Implement structured improvements to enhance the employee experience and ensure scalability
- Develop a Training and Resource Hub for HR Systems – Build a comprehensive knowledge base and training materials to empower employees in effectively utilizing HR tools, reducing inbound inquiries, and improving self-service adoption

- The salary range for this full-time, exempt role is $84,065- $113,735. The final offer is dependent on qualifications and experience. New hires can reasonably expect an offer between $84,065 and $98,900
