Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on people operations, compliance, program management and strategic HR with deep understanding of best practices in the tech industry (preferably software/technology)
  • Proficient in HR systems such as Paylocity, Culture Amp, Pave or similar, with a track record of using data to inform decisions and drive strategic HR initiatives that foster growth and engagement
  • Expertise in remote collaboration tools (e.g., G-suite, Slack, Zoom) with advanced skills in Google Sheets and Google Slides
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with employees, managers, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Skilled in identifying challenges, developing solutions, and making informed recommendations while ensuring a high level of accuracy
  • Capable of working independently, exercising sound judgment, and proactively solving problems

Responsibilities

  • Own and enhance core global People Operations processes, policies, and programs to optimize efficiency and employee experience in partnership with our People Partner and Total Rewards & Analytics teams
  • Act as the first point of contact for global HR-related inquiries, triaging and resolving employee requests via our internal help desk system
  • Manage and continuously improve onboarding and offboarding processes, including leading new hire onboarding sessions and exit interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for employees and managers
  • Maintain and update employee records, benefits systems, and documentation with a strong commitment to confidentiality, data security, and compliance
  • Ensure compliance and stay up to date with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies across multiple geographies globally and proactively address regulatory updates
  • Assist in launching and managing mandatory people operations compliance training, such as anti-harassment and discrimination, employee handbook acknowledgement, etc
  • Lead the company-wide performance management process, overseeing the end-to-end review cycle, coordinating key milestones, ensuring alignment with business goals and supporting communication plans effectively
  • Ensure alignment with key stakeholders, lead trainings, support calibrations, and retrospectives
  • Manage employee engagement surveys, including the annual engagement survey and ad-hoc pulse surveys. Analyze results and collaborate with People Partners to develop and implement action plans
  • Enhance our efforts in creating a culture of ongoing feedback by supporting current programs and optimizing our performance management and engagement system, Culture Amp
  • Serve as a key point of contact for benefit related matters and support our Benefits Manager and external benefit partners in all aspects of our Global Benefit and Wellbeing programs
  • Independently manages Leaves and Accommodations program, leveraging sound judgment to ensure compliance and a positive employee experience
  • Administer the leave management system for leave tracking, run LOA intake meetings, provides return-to-work support and maintain records in accordance to established guidelines and compliance requirements
  • Help manage the Benefit Administration system, accurately processing QLE, EOIs, and ensure accurate data in alignment with established processes
  • Assist with Workers’ Compensation management, claims, and employee support
  • Support wellbeing programs to promote employee health and engagement
  • Maintain a benefits calendar and ensure ongoing employee communications and intranet updates regarding benefits and wellness initiatives
  • Provide proactive, strategic, and operational support to People Partners across various HR functions
  • Support and lead people-related projects or initiatives, including international expansion, workforce planning, policy updates, and organizational development change
  • Become proficient in our people data tools (Paylocity, Culture Amp, Visier) and support team in analyzing and making data-led decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Total Rewards & Analytics, Talent Acquisition, Workplace & Employee Experience, DEIB & Development, to drive employee processes, programs, and engagement efforts
