Summary

Join Vanta's People Ops team as a People Operations Generalist and play a critical role in supporting the company's growth by scaling systems, policies, and programs. Requirements

  • 4+ years of HR experience, preferably at a fast scaling start up
  • Experience driving leave management programs and policy creation at a multinational company
  • Strong knowledge of US compliance requirements
  • Creative problem solver who uses frameworks to cut through ambiguity and gets energy from independently figuring things out
  • Detail-oriented, exceptionally communicative, ability to prioritize effectively
  • Strong proficiency with Excel

Responsibilities

  • Manage our existing employee leave policies globally and the ways that we administer them
  • Manage all compliance reporting responsibilities etc
  • Partner with the legal team to ensure that HR policies and procedures meet the needs of Vanta and are in compliance with local laws and regulations
  • Drive efficiency across our core People Ops processes - building automation and optimizing our use of technology to ensure we can operate at scale
  • Support benefits strategy and administration
  • Support various strategic people ops projects as needed
