Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in People related role
  • Passionate about People Operations and delivering AMAZING employee experiences
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, work independently, multi-task, and follow up on issues
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interface with all levels of the organization

Responsibilities

  • Own front line employee support. This means you have the distinct honor of connecting with our employees and supervisors, and refer complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff
  • Facilitate day-to-day on-boarding and off-boarding tasks. Responsible for, but not limited to, coordination of background checks, I-9s, employment verifications, and processing employee updates in our HRIS (Workday)
  • Responsible for overseeing mandated employee compliance training and submitting annual compliance reports
  • Safeguard and audit employee information and systems, this includes regularly updating Workday and auditing Workday data
  • Help maintain accurate and up-to-date policies, benefits info, new hire resources, and more in our wiki
  • Execute tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to, benefits, payroll, performance reviews, performance and talent management, and managing HR vendors
  • Document process flows internally and externally
  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • For work locations in the San Francisco Bay Area, New York City, and Los Angeles, the base salary range for this role is: $93,500 β€” $121,800 USD
  • For all other work locations (including remote), the base salary range for this role is: $84,200 β€” $109,700 USD
