The position reports to the Director of People Operations and offers a remote or hybrid work option. The target salary range is $130,000-$180,000, with additional benefits.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in Management/Human Capital Consulting, or a Chief of Staff/Business Operations role
- Bachelorโs degree or equivalent years of experience
- A combination of high ownership mentality, detail orientation, and excellent project management skills that has resulted in a proven track record of delivering complex initiatives
- Analytical mindset and an aptitude for telling stories with data; advanced excel/google sheets abilities
- Experience building and scaling processes in a rapidly evolving, high-bar environment
- Passion for delivering an exceptional customer (employee) experience
- A willingness to โroll up your sleevesโ and do whatever is necessary to ensure company success
- A desire to be a part of our mission to improve the U.S. healthcare system
Responsibilities
- Use data to analyze organizational health and areas of improvement for the People function
- Develop, improve and manage the most critical strategic components of the People Function: Performance and Compensation, Talent Development, DEIB, and Employee Experience
- Serve as program manager for learning and development initiatives and culture programming
- Innovate on practices and programs to build a highly connected and engaged hybrid workforce
- Design and manage People Analytics dashboards
- Partner on change management challenges and complex employee matters
- Lead projects and/or provide support in any other area of People Ops (e.g., Operational Workflows, Organizational Development)
