Summary

Join Garner's growing team as a People Operations Manager, responsible for developing and managing key people programs, including performance reviews, compensation, talent development, employee experience, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB). This role requires a data-driven approach, strong project management skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results. While direct People Ops experience is a plus, a willingness to learn and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential. The position reports to the Director of People Operations and offers a remote or hybrid work option. The target salary range is $130,000-$180,000, with additional benefits.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in Management/Human Capital Consulting, or a Chief of Staff/Business Operations role
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
  • A combination of high ownership mentality, detail orientation, and excellent project management skills that has resulted in a proven track record of delivering complex initiatives
  • Analytical mindset and an aptitude for telling stories with data; advanced excel/google sheets abilities
  • Experience building and scaling processes in a rapidly evolving, high-bar environment
  • Passion for delivering an exceptional customer (employee) experience
  • A willingness to β€œroll up your sleeves” and do whatever is necessary to ensure company success
  • A desire to be a part of our mission to improve the U.S. healthcare system

Responsibilities

  • Use data to analyze organizational health and areas of improvement for the People function
  • Develop, improve and manage the most critical strategic components of the People Function: Performance and Compensation, Talent Development, DEIB, and Employee Experience
  • Serve as program manager for learning and development initiatives and culture programming
  • Innovate on practices and programs to build a highly connected and engaged hybrid workforce
  • Design and manage People Analytics dashboards
  • Partner on change management challenges and complex employee matters
  • Lead projects and/or provide support in any other area of People Ops (e.g., Operational Workflows, Organizational Development)
