Summary

Join Nansen, a blockchain analytics platform, as an Interim People Operations Manager for an 8-month contract. You will ensure continuity across key People programs while the Senior People Operations Manager and VP of People & Programs are on leave. This high-impact role requires managing performance reviews, maintaining HRIS, supporting payroll, handling employee queries, and coordinating recruiting. You will also manage projects, such as the October Leads Summit. The role is remote, based in Singapore, and offers autonomy and meaningful impact. Help keep the People engine running smoothly during a pivotal period for Nansen.

Requirements

  • Based in Singapore , with access to CorpPass/SingPass
  • 5+ years experience in People Ops, HR coordination, or program management
  • Track record leading performance review and compensation cycles
  • Familiarity with international HR compliance
  • Excellent skills in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Strong data orientation and ability to manage detailed tracking
  • Fluency with tools like Notion, Slack, GCal, and Google Workspace
  • Familiar with platform like Deel, Carta, BambooHR and Docusign

Responsibilities

  • Prepare calibration docs and review templates
  • Coordinate with Finance and Principal People Partner (PPP) on compensation calculations and approvals
  • Schedule and facilitate sessions alongside the PPP
  • Manage communications, letters, and stakeholder updates post-calibration
  • Maintain our HRIS (BambooHR), people admin, and employee lifecycle processes (e.g. employment contracts, people reports request, onboarding, exits, changes)
  • Support monthly payroll prep for direct hires and EORs
  • Triage employee queries and direct to appropriate points of contact
  • Monitor benefits administration, ESOP documentation workflows, and handle insurance renewal
  • Run Q3 and Q4 Impact Bonus processes and Singapore Ministry of Manpower reporting
  • Support scheduling and candidate experience
  • Maintain job postings and hiring pipelines
  • Flag delays and coordinate updates with the PPP
  • Collaborate with our Executive Assistant & Program Coordinator on the logistics and coordination for the October Leads Summit
  • Liaise with stakeholders, finalise agendas, and manage session timelines
  • Keep Notion updated with clear ownership and progress tracking
