Summary

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in people operations, HR, or project management roles
  • Strong experience in leading cross-functional projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization
  • Comfortable with HR metrics, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, HRIS)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and strategically to solve complex problems
  • Experience in managing organizational change and implementing new initiatives
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, managing multiple stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the successful execution of people operations projects, including reporting, data management, onboarding, performance management, employee development, and retention initiatives
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all deliverables are met
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage resources to achieve project objectives
  • Regularly communicate project status to your manager and stakeholders, highlighting risks, issues, and milestones
  • Identify and implement process improvements across people operations functions (reporting, recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, employee development)
  • Identify areas of automation to decrease the load on the people team
  • Use HR analytics to monitor and track the success of people operations programs and initiatives
  • Generate reports and insights on key performance metrics related to employee engagement, retention, and other people metrics
  • Lead organizational change initiatives and ensure smooth transitions during changes in processes, policies, or structures
  • Ensure the communication of changes is clear and consistent across all levels of the organization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of HR software and systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, ADP)
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Experience in a global organization with diverse workforce needs
  • Advanced certifications (e.g., PMP, SHRM-CP)
