Summary

Join HubSpot as a People Ops Specialist - Functional Transformation and leverage your expertise in People Service Delivery, Process Management, and People technologies to optimize employee engagement and operational excellence. You will enhance People processes through streamlined workflows and automation, proactively monitor projects, and collaborate with stakeholders. This role involves defining project charters, determining desired outcomes, and cultivating client relationships. You will contribute to a multi-year People Operations Strategy and support the creation of quarterly reports. Apply your knowledge of digital People technology and AI trends to propose innovative solutions and engage with various teams to align business requirements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of People experience in People Shared Services, Service Delivery or People Operations, utilizing a ticketing solution (i.e. servicenow)
  • 1+ years of experience managing cross functional projects
  • 1+ years of experience applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis)

Responsibilities

  • Enhance People processes by implementing streamlined workflows and automation
  • Proactively monitor projects, identifying issues and implementing solutions to mitigate risks
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders and the Senior People Ops Specialist - Functional Transformation to define project charters, structures, roles, and resource needs
  • Determine desired outcomes and project requirements by leveraging standard tools (i.e. guided interviews, project charters and workflow analysis)
  • Cultivate enduring client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted People Operations advisor
  • Contribute to the development of a multi-year People Operations Strategy, delivering measurable results and risk mitigation
  • Support the research, analysis, and preparation of quarterly reports on People trends, People Ops project pipeline and current program goals and progress
  • Apply digital People technology and AI trends to propose innovative solutions
  • Engage with HRIS, IT, other People teams and Business Leaders to align business requirements and design features

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Six Sigma Green Belt with experience in process optimization
  • Ability to analyze ambiguous data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience leveraging People Technology to improve employee workflows
  • Ability to influence decision making and navigate complex environments effectively

Benefits

  • Cash compensation range: 57600-86400 USD Annually
  • In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs)
  • Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay
