Join Pennylane, a rapidly growing Fintech company, as a People Ops Specialist! You will be the main point of contact for employees in your assigned departments, supporting them throughout their employee lifecycle. Your responsibilities include managing onboarding and offboarding, maintaining employee records, overseeing employment contracts, managing absences, preparing payroll, monitoring employee benefits, ensuring optimal employee experience, contributing to HR process improvements, supporting HR projects, and ensuring HR compliance. This role requires 3+ years of experience in a similar role within a fast-growing startup, in-depth knowledge of HRIS systems (particularly Lucca), and fluency in French and English. The position can be based in Paris or fully remote within France. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role in a fast-growing start-up
- Autonomous and efficiently manage multiple priorities in a constantly evolving environment
- In-depth knowledge of HRIS systems, particularly Lucca, and HR tracking/automation tools
- Fluent in French and English
Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain and update employee administrative records
- Oversee employment contracts, amendments, certificates, etc
- Manage absences (leave, sickness, etc.)
- Prepare and transmit payroll variables to the payroll provider
- Monitor employee benefits (health insurance, pension, meal vouchers, etc.)
- Ensure an optimal employee experience: act as the main point of contact for Pennylaners, providing essential information throughout their journey at the company
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the employee experience
- Be a key point of contact for employees regarding daily HR matters
- Support the digitalization of HR tools and the optimization of processes
- Take part in HR projects (diversity & inclusion, EVP, QWL, etc.)
- Prepare and monitor HR reporting (dashboards, social indicators)
- Ensure regulatory HR monitoring
- Ensure compliance with legal and social obligations
- Maintain documentation and operational support: keep essential operational documentation up to date, including the onboarding booklet, Notion information pages, and other charters and guides
